The analytic technology available for collaboration:

Her team has the Genetic Algorithm-Neural Network (GANN) architecture to tackle a high dimensional data set. The GANN algorithm is the bespoke program that was developed for microarray analysis focused on the prediction of disease. It is a form of co-evolution of two distinct objectives, i.e. to find a feature subset that enables an accurate classification for high dimension data. Currently, used for lab study (e.g: cancer research etc). We can explore using this for any research for pattern study and prediction.
